Cigarette Lighter Can Be Taken On Plane From December 20

According to the notice of China Civil Aviation Bureau, some adjustments have been taken on regulations made during the Olympics.

The security check department of the Lukou Airport introduced that cigarette lighters and matches are strictly forbidden in the airport during the Olympics which has brought inconvenience to passengers. According to new regulations, passengers can take a common cigarette light or a box of matches along with them onto the plane, but the wind-proof cigarette lights are still prohibited.

Moreover, some restrictions on liquids have been softened. For example, people with diabetes or other diseases can take necessary liquid medicines during the trip onto the plane, but they have to show the hospital certificate or a doctor’s prescription with their own names. Passengers with babies can take liquid diary as well.

Except the above, the China Civil Aviation Bureau makes regulations that no alcohol can be taken along and alcohols with 70 degree (not including 70 degree) or above cannot be sent as unaccompanied baggage. (Nanjing Daily)
