When getting the rescue call, 96196 hot line will note down the details of the caller, such as the name, No. of the car, type of the car, the place of the breakdown, the phenomenon of the breakdown, the contact number, etc. The nearest rescue company which can maintain the vehicle will be found according to the information above and a field rescue can be arranged.
